Midtown CDC understands the relevance and importance of establishing an online presence and connection with its audience. This goal is clearer than ever to Sparkable, who was brought on board to bridge this gap and enhance community outreach to benefit an organization we believe in. 

Who 

The Midtown Atlantic City Community Development  Corporation (CDC) is a nonprofit dedicated to revitalizing and improving the neighborhood’s economic, social, and physical environment. The Midtown CDC collaborates with residents, businesses, and local government to develop and renovate housing, support local enterprises, and enhance the overall quality of life in the community. 

What 

Our goal is to illuminate the unique aspects of the Midtown neighborhood, its rich community assets and its vibrant business landscape. The scope of work included:

• Brand Identity Development: develop a cohesive brand identity that resonates with Midtown CDC’s mission, including a logo, color palette, typography, and iconography
• Website Design and Development: build a responsive, user-friendly website that serves as a digital hub for the Midtown CDC, incorporating features such as a blog module, contact form, social sharing integrations, and best practices for SEO
• Email Service Provider Integration: integrate Mailchimp to facilitate effective communication with the community including an email design template, developing a lead magnet and opt-in process
• Business Collateral Creation: produce a suite of business collateral including business cards, brochures, banners, and social media graphics
• Social Media Strategy and Management: formulate and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across relevant platforms to enhance Midtown CDC’s online presence and engagement with the community  

When

The project began in April 2024 and will continue through January 2025. Throughout this time, Sparkable will continue to develop, implement, and evaluate online marketing strategies and their effectiveness and edit as needed. This includes developing the website, rolling out email and social media campaigns, and gathering performance analytics.

Midtown is a vibrant neighborhood at the core of Atlantic City, rich with community assets, active organizations, thriving businesses, and established residential areas. We are proud to work with Midtown CDC right here in Atlantic City.
