The objective was to develop a marketing approach that not only boosted website traffic but also demonstrably increased revenue.

The Challenge

Before our campaign, the North Beach Hotel encountered several key challenges:

  • Tracking and Attribution: We implemented detailed UTM parameters and enhanced analytics to precisely attribute bookings to referral traffic from the email campaign, specifically from nobehotel.com.

Results

The July 2025 campaign delivered exceptional revenue growth:

  • Total Online Booking Revenue: $10,872 in July 2025, representing a 118% increase compared to May 2024’s $4,991.
  • Attributed Revenue: $10,403.20 in revenue directly attributed to referral traffic from nobehotel.com (linked to the email campaign), with a 6.55% conversion rate.
  • Booking Volume: 27 bookings completed in July versus 12 in May, more than doubling the conversion volume.
  • Guest Return Rate: Improved to 22%, a 68% increase year-over-year.

Website Sessions: Grew 31.7% year-over-year, effectively expanding the top of the funnel for future campaigns.
