We were approached by ACOG (American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists) to assist with the reconstruction of a brand that had been developed on behalf of a Grant Initiative. Our research objectives included the exploration of the existing brand image, in addition to its perceived value by the target audience. Additional research objectives included online user experience preferences and brand identity development for the concept test. The Grant Initiative support provided by Sparkable to ACOG included the exploration of technical opportunities and limitations for providing verified health care information online, to women living in the United States.
Our research included surveys and in-depth interviews. Sparkable Grant Initiatives utilize Stakeholder Oriented Teamwork to coordinate agile strategic planning, creative development and marketing management, to meet the holistic needs of a nonprofit.
